To realize our vision and mission, Supporting Kidds must strive to reach our increasing financial goals.  We rely on private donations from individuals and corporations, special fundraising events, private foundation grants and donations through individual United Way allocations to serve grieving children and families.

Friends of Kidds Giving Society

In 2002, Supporting Kidds established the Friends of Kidds Giving Society to ensure the long-term financial stability of our programs and services.  We a truly thankful to the hundreds of individuals who have made donations and pledges toward our operating budget for the next several years.

By pledging a yearly donation, you will enable children to cope with the pain in their lives and prevent the consequences of unresolved grief. Here are some examples of how contributions are used:

$35       Provides a Survival Kit to one grieving family
$50       Purchases supplies for one evening of support groups
     $250     Sponsors a child throughout a six-week program session
$500     Supplies materials to train 20 new volunteer facilitators

$1000   Enables a family to receive services throughout the year

Gifts can be made in memory or honor of a loved one. Many families make donations to mark special occasions in the lives of their families. Contact our office for more information on unique ways to tribute to your family and friends.

Through contributions to Supporting Kidds, you can impact the care and support of children in your community - children you may know, coach, teach, or parent.  Join us in creating a pathway to healing.
