  • Consultation in response to loss or impending loss in organizations working with children and teens

Guest Speakers

Throughout the year, guest speakers are brought in to cover a wide variety of issues facing grieving families. These programs are open to the general public and are posted on our web site calendar. Please call our office to register.

Community Education

As children grieve, their loss affects those around them. From classrooms, social and religious groups, and family friends, children need support and guidance. Many educators, nurses, coaches find themselves being called to help children who have experienced a loss. Supporting Kidds is available to assist your program and staff in understanding their role. Kidds will come to your work site and provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to aid children you work with as they cope with the changes in their lives.

Specialized Lending Library

A reference and lending library is housed at Supporting Kidds. Books, tapes, videos and workbooks are available for browsing or borrowing. Come in and find the resources that your family or friend needs.
